Excellent Stay for Families

punctual teamconvenient shuttleautomatic washing machinereally good service
i found the team very neat and punctual. the shuttle service to select locations was convenient. the apartment included a kitchen, an automatic washing machine and a clean environment. hamza from the vale crew provided really good service (always smiling!).
The underground parking lighting was a bit dim. I felt the motion sensors switched off too quickly.

sumitra and khushi ram kept the room very neat and were very attentive to all belongings. i found mirza at the concierge desk particularly helpful. ephraim assisted smoothly with checkout and luggage handling.

the breakfast included a wide variety of options. karan and raj in the market place restaurant were attentive to guests at the buffet. shoaib and his restaurant team provided great service (the team really were great).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. housekeeping came every day. this is great.
I did not like that i had to wait about 6 hours for my luggage to reach the room. i also did not like that i paid for three guests but the reservation in the room was only for two. It was a hassle to get the bed for the third guest.
